IML provide operational and financial services to HPC Kings College Hospital in South East London.

Completed in 2002, the Golden Jubilee wing hosts a number of outpatient clinics as well as therapy suites for speech and language, occupational therapy and physiotherapy. In addition the project also includes the partial refurbishment of the Ruskin Wing which is now maintained as part of the concession agreement.

The building is divided into four quadrants. These are dissected by the atrium running east to west, and an access corridor that runs north to south.
