IML provides operational and financial SPV management services to six new community fire stations as well as a new headquarters and technical services building.

The stations are a valuable asset to the local community providing drop in facilities for Fire Safety advice, full media facilities and meeting rooms.
IML has worked closely with the authority to respond to the ever changing landscape of shared accommodation requirements within the public sector and the facilities are now home to multiple agencies across the estate.
