The Asset Management Team provides technical and commercial support on all aspects of building or asset lifecycle replacement works, with a particular focus on the protection and enhancement of shareholder value. Through ongoing management of the lifecycle replacement process at project and portfolio level we ensure that any potential lifecycle expenditure is necessary from both a contractual and a technical perspective.
