The role of the Investment Director is to act as a non-executive Director on SPV boards representing the interests of shareholders.

• Identify risk and associated value issues, ensure timely distribution of target yield

• Formulation of Value Enhancement and Value Protection plans

• Ensure that fund portfolio objectives are achieved

• Reporting to Investors on all aspects of contractual delivery

• Management of contractual disputes
